    How do I check the status of my order?

    Do you accept international orders?
    Yes. Please see further details on our International shipping policy.

    Can I ship to an address other than my billing address?
    Yes, but we may require further information or verification which is for your security. Additionally, please note that we require signature upon delivery to further protect your purchase.

    What payment methods do you accept?
    Swag accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards, in addition to PayPal.

    Sales tax will be added to only shipments made within the State of Texas. Sales tax also applies to shipping charges.

    If I order an item that is out of stock, when can I expect it?
    We carry many items in stock, however, there are some collections which may be on re-order or need to be special ordered. We will make every effort to expedite your special order and to be realistic in our estimated delivery time. Please have patience, as your special order is being made especially for you and can generally take from two to 8 weeks. Naturally, special orders are final sales, and if you don't want to wait, you have the option to cancel within 24 hours.

    Are any special modifications to your designs available (I need a longer length necklace; I cannot maneuver the clasp shown; the ring looks easily sizable and I need a slightly different size; etc.)?
    It is possible with many of our designers. Please email us prior to purchase, and we will let you know as soon as possible.

    What is your Return Policy?
