Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will exchange it or take it back for a full refund if within 7 days of receiving your order
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will respond to your request within 1 business day. Please do not send back without a Return Authorization number, as this will delay processing time.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, new and unworn, to qualify for an exchange or full refund. We will notify you within 1 business day once we have received your package and process your request. Please allow refunds and credits 24-48 hours to post to your credit card or pay pal account. Please alert us of any delay.
- Sale merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 7 days of receipt in their complete original packaging and in unworn condition with all tags attached.
- Shipping charges are deducted for returns. Credit issued will NOT include original shipping charges.
- Items marked FINAL SALE, SPECIAL, or CUSTOM ORDERS cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
