Terms and Conditions
Payment is authorized and captured at the time an order is placed. Merchandise ships according to stock status, and most items ship within 24 hours. If an item is out of stock, ship times are communicated immediately. If the ship time is unacceptable, we will cancel your order at once
All jewelry orders within the continental US qualify for free USPS Priority Mail shipping. Free shipping information will be displayed on each product's individual page. Please note, all orders exceeding $200 require Signature Confirmation.
We do our best to stock the items you see on our website. Most items will ship within 24 hours. If an item is available for "Pre-Order" purchase, you will be notified within 1 business day of the estimated ship time.
It is important to note that if an expedited shipping option is chosen, the order will be expedited as directed once it has been received by the designer/artist.
In the event an item sells out before the stock status is changed, you will be notified immediately. All expedited shipping requests received after 2pm on Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday. Expedited shipping charges are nonrefundable in the case of adverse weather conditions.
If your purchase is time sensitive, it is best to call or send an email to the us to inquire about up-to-the-minute availability.

We ship to the following countries: Canada, Australia, England, Germany, Japan, France, Netherlands, UK, Wales, Sweden and Poland. Shipping method options and charges from USPS and UPS, (including expedited shipping)are presented before the shopper finalizes the purchase. It is important to note that each country imposes its own duties and/or brokerage fees on imported goods. The Giving Tree Gallery is not responsible for additional fees incurred from purchase, or for lost packages shipped internationally. Refusal of Delivery
If you refuse delivery of any order you placed it will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid but shipping charges are non-refundable.
